HER destruction shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah which didn’t end well for them because these cities were destroyed completely and only Lot and his two daughters got out alive because his wife looked back (in sorrow for the coming destruction they were all warned by the Angels of God not to look back!!!) and was turned into a pillar of salt!!! Lot and his daughters were where the Moabites and Ammonites came from when the daughters got him drunk and took advantage of him because they thought everyone else had been destroyed and wanted children!!!

14:7-8 – The Joy of the Kingdom (Peace for His people Jerusalem means Peaceable)

14:18-27 – JUDGEMENT ON BABYLON

All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.

19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.

20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.

21 Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.

22 For I will rise up against them, saith the Lord of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the Lord.

23 I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the Lord of hosts.

24 The Lord of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:

25 That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.

His hand is stretched out in Judgement and will not stop until He destroys His enemies!!! Psalm 18

I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.

Psalm 20

The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;

3 Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.

4 Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.

5 We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the Lord fulfil all thy petitions.

6 Now know I that the Lord saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.
