Ok so this morning I was wondering where in the NT the pouring out of the Holy Spirit on the Gentiles was, I didn’t even say it out loud but when I opened my Bible it was at Acts 10 -12 and at:
Acts 10:44-48 – While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.
So that answered my question but at 11:18 we have the condition for receiving the Holy Spirit –
When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
Repentance unto life so it requires repentance which means: to feel sorrow, regret or pain for something done, to feel sorrow for sin as leads to amendment, to be sorry, to grieve, to mourn, to feel remorse for, to regret. Also in Greek – compunction (which means reproach of conscience, remorse and regret) for guilt including reformation, from the root – to think differently, reconsider, morally feel regret or remorse see compunction above.
Remember Jesus preached REPENTANCE His entire time here because without remorse there can be no forgiveness of sins!!! People are not doing this they think they have all the time in the world to seek God but that is not true as you will see by the end of this post!!! Also the eclipse is taking place in Aries – The Crowned Lamb and the sea monster (holy see – vatican – divining serpent) is subdued and BOUND, FOREVER!!!
