Grow you own in pots people with heirloom seeds that way you know what you are eating!!! Also cleaning products are toxic so use white vinegar, bicarbonate of soda and what I do is buy lemons or oranges and keep the peel I then put the peel in white vinegar and leave it in a glass jar for a couple of weeks shaking every day, then strain it into a spray bottle this will clean almost anything and it doesn’t kill you!!! Switch white sugar for natural cane sugar which is very light brown in colour because white is bleached same as bread!!! Also do not drink milk unless it is unpasteurised because you are drinking plastic!!! Also do not use toothpaste with a black or red line on the end of the tube these are poisons the green ones are the only ones without the poison there is a brand called Dr. Bronner’s which is natural!!! And only use real butter with at least 80% fat content because these fats are necessary for brain function and the sexual reproductive system!!! The reason we have men everywhere with erection problems is because of cholesterol medicine which they have everyone on for this reason, these poisons stop testosterone production and the drug cartel moved the limit on high cholesterol years ago it use to be about 350 (not sure about that figure but they lowered it by about 200 to sell more shite) but today they say anything over 150 and these fake butter spreads and margarines are TOXIC!!! There are many little things you can change that make a huge difference including stopping all their Pharmakeia and using herbs and spices, vegetables and fruit these all have health benefits and work in harmony with your body instead of poisoning it and stopping it from healing itself!!!
