Ok so I have found some very interesting things over the last week and the scriptures He has taken me to!!! So let’s start from Thursday last week:
Thursday 10.8.23
2 Kings 9 & 10 which is Jehu being anointed King over Israel to destroy the house of Ahab who was married to Jezebel (a Phoenician princess who worshiped Baal and who is the queen of Heaven spirit!) Jehu is to avenge the blood of God’s prophets and servants who Jezebel murdered she is the mother of harlots a cursed woman. Jehu kills Joram son of Ahab and Jezebel he then gets to Jezreel where Jezebel is and she has put on her fake face and jewellery to try to seduce him but he is like NOPE and says to her eunuch’s throw her down and they didn’t even blink, they threw her down and she landed dead in front of Jehu and his horse and he trampled over her and left her body there. He then feels a bit bad about leaving her body lying in the street so tells his men to go bury her but when they go out to get her, all that is left is her skull, feet and palms of her hands (skull and bones) because she was eaten by dogs. And this was prophesied by Elijah in 1 Kings 21:23 that she would be eaten by dogs!!! You reap what you sow!!! Then in chapter 10 is Jehu getting rid of all Ahab’s sons of which there were 70 who were beheaded and sent to Jehu in baskets. He then slays 42 princes of Judah and destroys the two golden calves, one in Dan and one in Bethel and all worshipers of Baal but he continued in some idolatry and didn’t destroy all of it.
Friday 11.8.23
Jeremiah 44:25-30 Again talking about His people serving the queen of Heaven the same spirit in Jezebel and the spirit which now works in the children of disobedience. God says He will watch over them for evil and not good because they refuse to worship Him but still perform their vows to the queen of Heaven, He wasn’t joking when He said in the first commandment You shall have no other gods before Me!!!
Jeremiah 45 ESV – Message to Baruch
The word that Jeremiah the prophet spoke to Baruch the son of Neriah, when he wrote these words in a book at the dictation of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah: 2 “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, to you, O Baruch: 3 You said, ‘Woe is me! For the Lord has added sorrow to my pain. I am weary with my groaning, and I find no rest.’ 4 Thus shall you say to him, Thus says the Lord: Behold, what I have built I am breaking down, and what I have planted I am plucking up—that is, the whole land. 5 And do you seek great things for yourself? Seek them not, for behold, I am bringing disaster upon all flesh, declares the Lord. But I will give you your life as a prize of war in all places to which you may go.”
He is breaking down what He had built and plucking up what He has planted – that is the whole land. Yeah can you see this happening around you??? Yup He certainly is and until everything which offends Him and all workers of iniquity are cast down it will continue!!! Then chapter 46 is the start of the prophecies against the Gentile world powers and pay attention to verse 10 – For this is the day of the Lord God of hosts, a day of vengeance, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord God of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.
